What types of necklace are available?

We all know jewelry can make or break an outfit, but necklaces can often be the icing on the cake! With so many different types of necklaces available, it can be hard to know which one is right for you. Before you buy, take a look at some of the commonly available necklaces and decide which type is best suited to your wardrobe.

Pendant Necklace: A pendant necklace usually consists of a single piece—like a charm, a diamond, a Moonstone or any other stone of your choice—hanging from the chain. This necklace style is the most classic of them all and has been around since ancient times. Pendants come in countless shapes and sizes; some are simple and unadorned, while others feature intricate designs.

Choker Necklace: You might not be familiar with this style, as chokers have recently been making their way back into mainstream fashion. Chokers are similar to pendant necklaces but with shorter chains that sit tight around your neck –think 16-18 inches long rather than 22-24 inches long like a pendant necklace. This style has been popular with women since Victorian times and still remains hugely fashionable today!

Layered Necklace: Layered necklaces are an easy way to up your jewelry game. They consist of several strands or chains of different lengths that hang around your neck at once—giving the impression that you're wearing more than one piece of jewelry. Layered necklaces are extremely versatile as they can add color, texture or sparkle depending on what other pieces you layer them with.

Statement Necklace: As its name implies, this kind of necklace makes quite a statement! The focus here is on size—statement necklaces boast large designs like oversized beads, colorful stones or intricate motifs. The idea behind this style is that it should draw attention and make you stand out from the crowd (for all the right reasons!)

Chain Necklace: Chain necklaces come in many varieties such as box chain, snakechain and link chain; they tend to be plainer than other styles though still chunky enough to make them notable accessories. Chains are perfect if you want something more subtle than a statement piece but are looking for something sleek yet eye-catching at the same time!
